Foundation has been a surprisingly ambitious show for Apple TV+. Honestly, it’s no surprise there. After all, it is Apple’s attempt to turn the novels of the same name by Isaac Asimov into a live-action TV show. And yet, by all account, it has been a wildly successful venture. Already, there are two season totaling 20 episodes, and featuring some very high production values and an ensemble cast to boot. Thus, you can see why Apple would greenlight a third season.

Foundation Season 3 Unveils Epic Official Trailer
Honestly, this one trailer really shows off just how much effort is going into making Foundation season 3. The production values are seriously off the charts here. It’s practically Dune levels of casting and CGI here. Honestly, fans will be quite impressed when they eventually see that third season on July 11, 2025. In fact, this show might get some new fans as a result, especially if it lives up to the second season.
Of course though, you can watch this upcoming third season of Foundation only on Apple TV+, just as it has been the case for the previous two seasons. Skydance Television are also making it a 10-episode season just like those other two, so you will have plenty to watch.
