Mondo Panel Reveals at SDCC

The Toy Talk Live panel featured several of Mondo’s creative leads; including Peter Santa-Maria (Sr. Creative Director, Art), Hector Arce (Sr. Director, Creative and Product Development), Alex Brewer (Creative Manager, Sculpting), Josh Manderville (Managing Art Director), Cam Dean (Music Label Manager), and Nolan Fleming (Sr. Graphic Designer), who each shared behind-the-scenes stories and development details.

This year’s reveals included collectible figures in 1:6 and 1:12 scale based on X-Men ’97, Masters of the Universe, and The Real Ghostbusters, along with new additions to the fan-favorite Mondo Squad Collectibles line featuring The Goofy Movie, King of the Hill, Rugrats, Adventure Time, and The Ren & Stimpy Show. A major crowd-pleaser came with the unveiling of stunning Lord of the Rings posters illustrated by Riccardo Federici, which sparked huge excitement among fans.
