It’s a sad day for horror fans today. Shudder has officially canceled Creepshow after four seasons. It launched in 2019 on the service from showrunner Greg Nicotero. There were 23 episodes and two specials across four seasons. The series aired its last episode in 2023. According to sources, the show was only supposed to last for four seasons originally, so it reached that goal.
However, there’s good news for fans of the series, a special Blu-ray box set has been announced for release on November 11th, 2025. The Creepshow Complete Series box set features all 23 episodes and both specials. It’ll come in special packaging with comic art inspired by the original horror comics. It’ll also feature the same bonus features that were on the individual season sets.
- Cast and Crew Interviews
- Behind-the-Scenes Footage and Featurettes
- Photo Galleries
- Comic Art Booklet
Each season is packaged in its own Digibook, housed together inside a lenticular box set along with a booklet of comic art.
Creepshow was awesome because it had the same flavor and feel of the original two movies, but brought in up-and-coming filmmakers and horror veterans to do segments. It featured segments from Joe Lynch, Tom Savini, Rusty Cundieff, John Harrison, and many more.
