Off Campus Just gave a teaser of some steamy times on Prime Video. The new romantic series kicks off on May 13th. Two hundred forty countries all around the world will get their taste of Ella Bright and Belmont Carnelli. With the recent trends around romance series Prime videos hoping for a hit here. They’ve already greenlit Off Campus for a season two before the first episode even airs. That’s confidence!

 Elle Kennedy’s best-selling book series provides the inspiration for Off Campus. Louisa Levy serves as co-showrunner with executive producer Gina Fattore. Kennedy’s books Have managed to hit the best seller list more than 50 times. She’s moved over 10 million copies worldwide over the course of her career. Those kinds of numbers make perfect sense for a long form series.

Prime Video teases Off Campus’ chemistry

Here’s how Prime Video teases the series: “A college soap based on the bestselling book series, Off Campus follows an elite ice hockey team, and the women in their lives, as they grapple with love, heartbreak, and self-discovery—forging deep friendships and enduring bonds while navigating the complexities that come with transitioning into adulthood. Season One follows the sexy and fun ‘opposites attract’ romance between quiet songwriter, Hannah, and Briar University’s all-star hockey athlete, Garrett.”

Regulars for Off-Campus include Ella Bright (The Crown, Malory Towers) Belmont Cameli (Until Dawn, Saved by the Bell), and Mika Abdalla (Snack Shack, Sex Appeal). Antonio Cipriano (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, National Treasure: Edge of History), Jalen Thomas Brooks (The Pitt, Thanksgiving), Josh Heuston (Dune: Prophecy, Heartbreak High) and Stephen Kalyn (Gen V, Motorheads) also star.
