Marvel Zombies First Reactions Tease a Bloody Good Time

Marvel Zombies first reactions are out in the world and people can’t get enough of the horror animated series. Yes, the new show takes the Avengers into territory that we had only seen during What If…?.  Make no mistake, Marvel Zombies earns that TVMA rating by a wide margin. If you’ve been looking forward to a more adult take on the MCU, look no further.

Online there’s been a lot of praise for Iman Vellani’s return as Ms Marvel. Also, Marvel Zombies marks the first time we’ve actually seen Blade the Vampire Hunter in this universe physically. (He’s also Moon Knight, according to the series’ trailers!) Expect a bloody good time when the show debuts this week. Check out all the first reactions down below!

Marvel Zombies does not mess around. Blade is the true highlight, giving most of the cheer worthy moments. Tons of world-building, but a story that you’ve seen plenty of times before. I was a little thrown off by the way #MarvelZombies concludes, but other than that, the series is thrilling, violent, and most of all a TON of fun.

What’s the new show about?

Marvel Animation dropped a new synopsis for the series: “After the Avengers are overtaken by a zombie plague, a desperate group of survivors discover the key to bringing an end to the super-powered undead, racing across a dystopian landscape and risking life and limb to save their world.”

The new series features the voices of Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Tessa Thompson, Simu Liu, and Awkwafina. Hailee Steinfeld, Wyatt Russell, Randall Park, Iman Vellani and Dominique Thorne also appear! 

“Marvel Zombies is created by Bryan Andrews and Zeb Wells. The series is executive produced by Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt, Bryan Andrews and Zeb Wells, and is produced by Danielle Costa, Carrie Wassenaar.
