The Mighty Nein is all set to become the next big animated hit of the Critical Role campaigns. And after the success of The Legend of Vox Machina on (Amazon) Prime Video to boot, with three seasons totaling 36 episodes plus a good dose of critical acclaim as evidence of that success. Thus, it’s no wonder why everyone is so eager for this new Critical Role animated series. And it’s also why Amazon is so eager to promote it, despite how they appear to be distancing themselves from Prime Video.
(Amazon) Prime Video is proud to debut the first official trailer for their upcoming adult animated series The Mighty Nein at NYCC 2025. Said trailer also reveals that we’re going to get to see this upcoming series on November 19, 2025 at its worldwide debut exclusively on (Amazon) Prime Video. As for the trailer itself, you can watch it either on YouTube, or just look below:

Honestly, for fans of Critical Role, this trailer is quite the treat. Heck, even just for fans of The Legend of Vox Machina, this is looking to be the decidedly adult D&D campaign that they’ve always dreamed of watching. And at the very least, we now have a release date to look forward to. Alas though, you will still need a paid subscription to even access (Amazon) Prime Video. If you want to watch either the upcoming The Mighty Nein or the previous The Legend of Vox Machina, then you will need to pay up for a subscription.
