Funko brought the fun and the fandom to San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) with an electrifying panel inside the Funderdome. The event was a celebration of all things pop culture, packed with surprise announcements, exclusive giveaways, and appearances from some fan-favorite stars. From sneak peeks at new collectibles to a reveal that sent Stranger Things fans into a frenzy, Funko proved once again why it’s a powerhouse in the world of collectibles. SDCC – Funko ‘Funderdome Panel’ New Reveals at San Diego Comic Con
Funko invited fans into the Funderdome at San Diego Comic-Con for a panel full of celebrity guests, announcements, gifts and more surprises! Panel guests included Jenna Davis (M3GAN, M3GAN 2.0), Alan Tudyk (Superman, Firefly), Nathan Fillion (Superman, Firefly) and Devora Wilde (Baldur’s Gate 3).
Attendees were also surprised with a limited-edition Stranger Things’ Demodog buddy, designed as part of the company’s Pop! Yourself line. With only 2,000 made, never to be released again, the collectible became an instant must-have for fans. More details of Pop! Yourself’s upcoming Stranger Things collaboration to be revealed soon.
Additional Funko reveals included a new wave of Pop! collectibles inspired by Netflix’s Wednesday, as well as Bitty Stages, an expansion of Funko’s miniature Bitty Pop! collectibles, starting with a wave featuring K-Pop sensation BTS.
