She-Ra is probably one of the most famous heroines in fantasy right now, and yet she’s also relatively obscure. She even has her own Filmation animated series, titled She-Ra: Princess of Power, from 1985, in which she was the long-lost sister of He-Man. A He-Man who, I feel, is part of the reason why she’s so relatively obscure. Still, that’s not enough to get her down. In fact, over the next 40 years, she would go on to star (or at least appear in) a number of DC Comics and storybooks. However, the 2018 Netflix series She-Ra and the Princesses of Power was what propelled her to global fame at long last. It might even have sparked her appearance in the Masters of the Universe: Revelation series in 2024. By all accounts, in spite of her relative obscurity, she’s definitely becoming as famous as her brother.

That 40 years of fame in the face of obscurity is probably why we’re getting this bit of news. You can also purchase She-Ra or her flying mount Swift Wind separately, if you so wish. However, the bundle will contain exclusive accessories like “the Classic Swift Wind Mask, magnetic Chest Piece, and Swifty’s Baby and Loo-Kee Mini Figures”.

Alas, even She-Ra is no match for the forces of capitalism gone mad.

Honestly, the Mondo bundle looks amazing, with the figures themselves a must-have for any and all She-Ra fans. However, the sticking point for most people will be the prices, I think. The entire bundle costs a whopping $795.00 USD. And this is before any Trump tariff surcharge, mind you. If you looking at an $800+ price tag for these pair of figurines, very few people are going to be able to afford it. Heck, there are PCs that are cheaper than this. Honestly, this is one bundle that I can’t recommend purely based on the price alone. You’re probably better off just getting She-Ra herself, and saving up for Swift Wind some other year.
