Superman is going to have folks looking up this weekend! There’s a great chance you’re sitting in your theater with the closing credits playing in front of you. You’re wondering, “is there going to be a full post-credits scene in Superman?” Well, as a superhero movie in the year 2025, the answer is yes. Unlike a lot of Marvel fare, the answer is a bit complex, though! Superman ends with some gesturing towards the future of DC Studios, but it also doesn’t forget the fun of this summer’s bubbliest film. Does Superman Have A Post-Credits Scene?

Well, yes! Actually, Superman has two post-credits scenes. The first is a more neutral tag where Krypto and The Man of Steel share a quiet moment on the moon. Krypto looks over the hero’s shoulder and tries to get the best look at the audience possible. This moment got an audible emotion from the crowd we were in. People are just going to love the Super-dog after this movie. 

It’s an Easter egg that points to a poignant moment from All-Star Superman to boot! The DC hero sits in one of the moon’s craters, just taking in the sights. Superman is battling against time in that comic book. But, luckily, he’s not going to have to deal with that in the DC Studios world for a while now. Sometimes, it’s just nice for these small moments to unfold without the pressure of setting anything else up immediately.

A Second Credits Scene?

Fans who are even more patient can look forward to another tag after the last of the credits roll by. Metropolis’s downtown area could use some TLC after a couple of big moments down the stretch of Superman. Mister Terrific has to address the property damage. Superman just can’t get over how they chose to repair Metropolis. Unfortunately, Terrific didn’t like his tone and just stormed off. After that, Superman wonders if he is delicate enough.
