No deals needed to be made for fans to get a little taste of what is coming up in the world of Prime Video’s “Hazbin Hotel”.
At New York Comic Con, Executive Producer and Creator Vivienne Medrano gave a little more information on the previously-announced one-night-only Broadway performance. While series lead Erika Henningsen was previously announced to host the event, Medrano revealed that additional participating cast includes Blake Roman, Amir Talai, Alex Brightman, Christian Borle, Jessica Vosk, Jeremy Jordan, and Krystina Alabado. The cast will be singing the show’s hit songs from seasons one and two, and there will also special appearances by Stephanie Beatriz and Kimiko Glenn.
Fans also got a few clips from season two of “Hazbin Hotel”, including one featuring the new single, “Gravity,” which is on all streaming platforms now. An exclusive Vox Lenticular variant vinyl is available for purchase HERE, but only through the weekend.
Excitement At The New York Comic Con Panel
The NYCC room was electric with energy. Especially when they brought out a Vox cosplayer to announce voice actor Christian Borle to the panel. Alongside Medrano and voice actors Blake Roman, Amir Talai, Kimiko Glenn, Alex Brightman, Lilli Cooper, Christian Borle, Joel Perez, and Krystina Alabado. While the cast was tight-lipped about season two spoilers, some tidbits did make it out. Including the bit on the fate of a fan-favorite ship.

As for the overarching story for the new season, “Season two has a theme of identity and security in oneself. I think of Charlie and Vox as the villain and the hero. In which both their stories this season involve the identity of themselves,” says Medrano. So take with that what you will, but it seems like season two just might hit the fans a lot harder than season one.
“Hazbin Hotel” is one of those rare, special shows that transcend simple fan enjoyment. The cheers for announcements–and vague ones, at that–at the panel show the tenacity and strength of this fandom. I think it is fairly safe to say that it will only continue to grow in the seasons to come.
For now, we need to wait for the premiere.
About “Hazbin Hotel”: Season Two

However, not all of them want redemption.
