We got four fantastic seasons of “Acapulco” on Apple TV+. In this time we got to see how one young man, Maximo played by Enrique Arrizon, rose to the top of Las Colinas Resort in Acapulco, Mexico. The story was told through the storytelling of an older accomplished Maximo, played by Eugenio Derbez. You can watch the complete series now on Apple TV+.

A CHAT WITH VICO ESCORIA

With the completion of season four of “Acapulco”, I spoke with Vico Escorcia. She plays Maximo’s daughter, Paloma who was revealed as a cliffhanger at the end of season two, then played a bigger role in the fourth season. She talks about her experience in working with Derbez as well as Cristo Fernandez who plays her husband. Escorcia also shares with me what this experience means to her. It was a really fun conversation that you can check out below!
