The second season of Apple TV+’s “Platonic” is now underway on their streaming service. The series continues to follow the friendship of Silvia and Will. They are played by Rose Byrne and Seth Rogan. Despite making through the first season as friends, their stubbornness to continue to rely on one another will continue to mess with their lives in funny ways. You can catch new episodes every Wednesday.

CATCHING UP WITH LUKE MACFARLANE

With the release of season 2 of “Platonic”, I spoke with Luke Macfarlane. He plays Charlie, Silvia’s husband and while remaining a reliable provider for the family, he is now ready to have a full on midlife crisis. In our conversation we talk about getting to explore that part of Charlie. As well as talking about how the creative team does a good job at not just going down the usual tropes of having the struggling couple split up. Its a great conversation that you can check out below!

ABOUT SEASON 2 OF APPLE TV+’S PLATONIC

Co-created, directed and co-written by Nick Stoller and Francesca Delbanco, “Platonic” season two picks up with everyone’s favorite pair of best friends (Rogen and Byrne) as they contend with new midlife hurdles, including work, weddings and partners in crises.

The duo tries their best to be each other’s rock — but sometimes rocks break things. The season two cast also includes Luke Macfarlane and Carla Gallo, and introduces Aidy Bryant, Kyle Mooney and Beck Bennett as guest stars.

The complete first season of the series is now streaming on Apple TV+.
