Freakier Friday is coming home sooner than we all expected! Revisit Disney’s wild follow-up to the Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis classic on Digital October 7. The Blu-ray release follows a month later on November 11. Fans can get their copy on digital storefronts like Amazon Prime Video, Fandango at Home, and Apple TV in just a week!
If that weren’t cool enough, there are some hysterical extras here for Freakier Friday’s home release. Disney has the cast and filmmakers looking back on the 2003 original. Here’s how Disney describes the movie: “Freakier Friday, a sequel to the beloved 2003 film with a multigenerational twist starring Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan, will be released in theaters nationwide in 2025. In the film, Curtis and Lohan reprise their roles as Tess and Anna Coleman.”
“The story picks up years after Tess (Curtis) and Anna (Lohan) endured an identity crisis. Anna now has a daughter of her own and a soon-to-be stepdaughter. As they navigate the myriad challenges that come when two families merge, Tess and Anna discover that lightning might indeed strike twice.”
