The Astras entered the podcasting sphere with their inaugural Astra Podcast Awards in 2025. The ceremony happened on October 27th, 2025 in Los Angeles. The event was hosted by comedian and actress Elyssa Phillips and attended by several podcast nominees, including How Did This Get Made’s Paul Scheer, Snoriezzz’s Marcia Gay Harden, and Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden, who took home Podcast of the Year for his show, Artist Friendly with Joel Madden. The inaugural ceremony is now streaming exclusively on Knekt.tv.
