Marvel Zombies just dropped the most visceral trailer for the new animated series. On September 24, some of the MCU’s most-memorable undead heroes walk the Earth. Disney+ dropped a new clip of the Marvel Animation series and it’s pretty hardcore! (Seriously, if there are any young ones around, they’re going to need to cover their eyes for this one!) Take a look at the carnage for yourself below!
What If…? has played with the Marvel Zombies conceit before. But this series takes all that action up to a new level. Some of your favorite MCU heroes didn’t make it out of that adventure alive. Now, Zombie Scarlet Witch is trying to spread this virus as far as it will go. A desperate group of survivors is trying to hang on. But, will it be enough to escape a grisly fate?
Marvel Zombies debuts gruesome new animated trailer
Here’s what Marvel had to say about the four-episode event: “After the Avengers are overtaken by a zombie plague, a desperate group of survivors discover the key to bringing an end to the super-powered undead, racing across a dystopian landscape and risking life and limb to save their world.”
Marvel Zombies brings back the voices of Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Tessa Thompson, Simu Liu, Awkwafina, and Hailee Steinfeld. Wyatt Russell, Randall Park, Iman Vellani and Dominique Thorne are also trying to survive. There are bound to be some surprises on deck too!
Bryan Andrews and Zeb Wells created Marvel Zombies for Marvel Animation. Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Dana Vasquez-Eberhardt, Bryan Andrews and Zeb Wells produce the series.
