The Fantastic Four: First Steps is an incredibly important movie for Marvel Studios. It’s the first time they’re taking a crack at Marvel’s first family ever. The movie releases in theaters on July 25th. The lucky few who have seen it already have plenty to say. The Fantastic Four: First Steps stars Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn.

Julia Garner is on board to play Shalla-Bal, a version of the Silver Surfer. They’ve also cast Ralph Ineson as the villain, Galactus. Paul Walter-Houser, Natasha Lyonne, and John Malkovich have also joined the cast in mystery roles.

Matt Shakman is on board to direct from a script by Eric Pearson, Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan, and Ian Springer. Peter Cameron (WandaVision) has also done some writing on the project. Kevin Feige is producing for Marvel Studios. The film is set to release in theaters on July 25th, 2025.
