As we prepare to see the latest fruits of their labor in his long awaited 2025 fall movie Frankenstein, the iconic writer/director is about to be fêted at New York’s Paris Theater with a look back at his career.

Running from October 9th until February 24th, Monsters and Makers: The Gothic Visions of Guillermo del Toro will be holding court at this famed movie house. The Paris Theater has the full listing of films and ticketing links on display, and it’s not only del Toro’s films that are getting some celluloid love during this programming festival. Highlights from Monsters and Makers include several of the Academy Award winner’s pictures on 35mm (including Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio), as well as Pacific Rim in Dolby Atmos. Also, if you’ve wanted to see Nightmare Alley: Vision in Darkness and Light on the big screen, that black and white beauty is also in play.
