Disney Eats has unwrapped a full look at the seasonal treats coming to the Disneyland Resort this winter. The Foodie Guide for the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort and the Foodie Guide for Disney Festival of Holidays are out. They reveal every limited-time bite and sip arriving when Holidays at the Disneyland Resort return, from November 14, 2025, through January 7, 2026.

Holiday Delights at Disneyland Park

New items across the resort bring a bold mix of comfort food and festive creativity. At Refreshment Corner, the Philly Cheese Potato takes center stage. A baked potato stuffed with Italian sausage, thinly sliced steak, bell peppers, pepperoncini, cheese sauce, and a cherry pepper spread. It’s indulgent, rich, and perfect for a chilly park evening.

Over at Award Wieners, the new Yuletide Carnitas Torta packs a savory punch. With carnitas, chorizo beans, cotija cheese, lettuce, pickled onions and jalapeños, and a guacamole spread. All tucked into warm telera bread and served with filmstrip fries. For dessert, the appropriately titled Don’t Forget the Milk & Cookies delivers fried, crème-filled cookies. Topped with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and crushed peppermint candy. It’s unapologetically over-the-top and entirely on brand for Disney’s holiday lineup.

Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure

The Disney Festival of Holidays returns with flavours inspired by the many ways families celebrate this season around the world. Paradise Gardens Grill introduces Tacos Dorados de Camarón; two golden-fried shrimp tacos topped with zesty slaw, salsa roja, salsa macha, and crema, served with Spanish rice and refried beans. It’s a standout for anyone craving a bit of spice and crunch.

At Smokejumpers Grill, the Spicy Cajun Loaded Fries come piled with hot links, cheddar cheese, corn, and bell peppers. Meanwhile, the Holiday Duets Marketplace offers a clever combo: the Holiday Duet mac & cheese sampler, featuring half portions of al pastor mac and cheese with tortilla crumble and cilantro, and savory kugel mac and cheese topped with herb breadcrumbs, sour cream, and chives. It’s comfort food with a cultural twist, tailor-made for the festival crowd.

Sip and Savor Pass

For guests planning to taste their way through Disney California Adventure, the Sip and Savor Pass returns. It includes six coupons redeemable for select food and non-alcoholic beverages from participating locations. The pass can be shared among guests or used over multiple visits, making it the best way to sample a little of everything without committing to a full meal at each stop.

Between new savory creations, sweet indulgences, and global-inspired bites, this year’s holiday lineup looks like one of the most ambitious yet. Whether you’re in it for the loaded fries or the festive desserts, Disney’s making sure no one leaves hungry or without a new favourite seasonal treat.

Holidays at the Disneyland Resort run from November 14, 2025, through January 7, 2026. For the full list of offerings, visit the Disney Parks Blog.
