Get ready for a new kind of nightmare. Universal Studios has announced that Terrifier, the gory slasher franchise starring Art the Clown, will make its haunted house debut at Halloween Horror Nights this fall.
The house will open at Universal Orlando Resort on Friday, August 29, and at Universal Studios Hollywood on Thursday, September 4. Inspired by the twisted work of Damien Leone and Phil Falcone, the experience pulls guests into the nightmarish world of Miles County and beyond, where Art the Clown gleefully unleashes his brand of horror.
Step Inside Art The Clown’s Funhouse
This year’s Terrifier maze draws heavily from scenes featured in Terrifier 2, including Art’s grotesque Funhouse. Guests can expect to stumble through claustrophobic hallways, encounter characters like Vicky and the Little Pale Girl, and relive some of the franchise’s most infamous kills, up close and personal. From the blood-soaked chaos of the Clown Café to a disturbingly festive Christmas nightmare, no corner is safe.

Fans of the franchise, which began in 2008 and now spans three films, with a fourth on the way. Will recognize Leone’s signature blend of retro slasher energy and modern ultra-violence. But even newcomers should brace themselves: Terrifier at Halloween Horror Nights is not for the faint of heart.
