Peacock has officially released the first trailer for its highly anticipated new comedy series, The Paper, created by Greg Daniels (The Office) and Michael Koman (Nathan for You). From the Emmy-winning minds behind The Office, The Paper follows the documentary crew that once chronicled the daily chaos at Dunder Mifflin. Now, they’ve found a new subject: a struggling Midwestern newspaper and the passionate publisher attempting to bring it back to life. It’s a fresh, satirical take on modern journalism, workplace dynamics, and small-town America with the same mockumentary style fans loved in The Office.

The series stars Domhnall Gleeson, Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, Tim Key, and Oscar Nuñez.

With an impressive creative team of Greg Daniels, Michael Koman, and executive producers including Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, The Paper is poised to be Peacock’s next big comedy hit.

Don’t miss the series premiere of The Paper on September 4, only on Peacock.
